Shipping and Returns

The Scented Mood, LLC offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60, within the U.S. only.  One option is offered for shipping with an estimated delivery time frame of 3-5 business days. International shipping COMING SOON.

 

Shipping

All shipping and deliveries will be processed through USPS. We only process orders Monday- Friday, in the order in which they are received. Processing usually takes 1 - 2 business days. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will then receive confirmation of your order and a tracking link via email.

To avoid any delays on your order, please be aware that all of your information provided at checkout is accurate. Any inaccurate information when placing an order can cause delays. Review Terms and Conditions.

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as a missing package (when notified of it being delivered), contact your local USPS store for assistance, as we are not responsible for missing packages as well as any stolen packages after delivery. Review Terms and Conditions.

Returns

​

The Scented Mood, LLC does its best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase; however, we only accept returns and exchanges on damaged products. If you have received a damage product, please contact us at tsminfo@thescentedmood.com with the details of the damage, including photos of packaging and product. Requests must be within 30 days of purchase. Responses may take up to 24-48 hours. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or replacement upon request. Allow up to 10 business days for replacement orders to be processed and shipped. If requested, refunds will be issued to the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Keep in mind that the refund process takes some time.
