To start earning points and redeem rewards, first you MUST sign up to become a member with The Scented Mood. It's free to join! Once a member, you will have access to the rewards club as well as early notification of new products and discount offers via email. If not already a member, you can sign up here. The email address that it used to become a member MUST be used at checkout as well in order to receive your points. Once signed up as a member, you automatically receive 50 points.

There are multiple ways to earn points with The Scented Mood. For every $1 spent on TSM products, 1 point is rewarded. When you visit our website, create an account with your email address. Once logged in, look for the Rewards Club icon in the bottom left corner on any page. It will mention the different ways to earn points. Make sure you enter your birthday in the Rewards Club window to earn points on your birthday!

The minimum number of points that can be rewarded is 100. Once you reach 100 points, you are rewarded with $10 OFF on your next purchase of $40 or more. *Shipping and tax excluded* The maximum amount of points that can be accumulated is 500 = $50 OFF your next purchase of $130 or more. *Shipping excluded and tax* You can choose to use your reward immediately once received or rack all the way up until you have reached the maximum. REMEMBER: YOU MUST SIGN UP WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE TO RECEIVE POINTS. Make sure to check your SPAM folder for a confirmation email if it asks you to confirm your email address.

 

Login into your account frequently and check the status of your points and rewards. Sometimes points can take up to 24 hours to be synced. If for some reason 24 hours have passed and you have not received your points, please contact us via email at tsminfo@thescentedmood.com.
